The hotel's location near a suburban shopping mall offers convenience, but the parking policy and lack of drawers can be troublesome. The rooms were spacious and quiet, although they didn't match the pictures shown.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, but the view outside from the room was not great. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom was nice, but the insulation was lacking. The service was friendly with a nice happy hour offer. The location was a bit far from downtown Seattle but wonderful for access to shops and restaurants, as well as being a short drive from the airport. However, the parking policy was inconvenient with a lack of drawers in the room. The dining experience had some issues like missing hair dryers and delays in getting ice, but the food was good for two people. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel rooms are very small, which may feel cramped, especially if you are over 6 ft tall; however, it is conveniently located near a suburban shopping mall. The parking policy is inconvenient, and there is a lack of drawers in the rooms.
The hotel is situated in an excellent and easily accessible location, close to the airport and within walking distance to hundreds of shops and restaurants.
